EMPLOYMENT (MINIMUM RATE OF MATERNITYALLOWANCE) REGULATIONS1976* 1.Citation. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment(MinimumRate ofMaternity Allowance) Regulations 1976. 2. Maternity allowance. The minimum rate of maternity allowance for each day of the eligible period to which a female employee is entitled under section 37 (2) of the Employment Act 1955 shall be six ringgit per day. 3. Revocation. Regulation 13 of the Employment Regulations 1957 is revoked.
