稅委會公告〔2021〕1號

按照我國給予最不發(fā)達國家97%稅目產(chǎn)品零關(guān)稅待遇的有關(guān)承諾，根據(jù)我國與所羅門群島換文情況，自2021年2月1日起，對原產(chǎn)于所羅門群島的97%稅目產(chǎn)品，適用稅率為零的特惠稅率。97%稅目產(chǎn)品為《中華人民共和國進出口稅則（2021）》（稅委會公告〔2020〕11號）特惠稅率欄中標(biāo)示為“受惠國LD”的8097個稅目、“受惠國1LD1”的184個稅目，共計8281個稅目。
