稅委會(huì)公告〔2021〕1號(hào)

按照我國(guó)給予最不發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家97%稅目產(chǎn)品零關(guān)稅待遇的有關(guān)承諾，根據(jù)我國(guó)與所羅門群島換文情況，自2021年2月1日起，對(duì)原產(chǎn)于所羅門群島的97%稅目產(chǎn)品，適用稅率為零的特惠稅率。97%稅目產(chǎn)品為《中華人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)出口稅則（2021）》（稅委會(huì)公告〔2020〕11號(hào)）特惠稅率欄中標(biāo)示為“受惠國(guó)LD”的8097個(gè)稅目、“受惠國(guó)1LD1”的184個(gè)稅目，共計(jì)8281個(gè)稅目。
